By accepting a quotation or making payment, the client agrees to the following:

• Payments: Deposit required before work begins. Full payment due upon completion. Equipment remains property of I.T Republic until fully paid.
• Workmanship: Manufacturer warranty applies. Workmanship warranty is 14 days.
• Exclusions: No cover for power surges, lightning, water damage, tampering or misuse.

• Connectivity: Not responsible for internet speed, outages, ISP failures, account suspensions or service interruptions.
• Security: CCTV is for monitoring only. No guarantee of crime prevention or legal admissibility.
• Property: Drilling may cause minor wall damage. Hidden pipes or cables are client responsibility.

• Data: Not liable for lost footage, deleted data or hacked networks due to weak passwords.
• Responsibility: Client must provide safe access, stable power, and protect equipment from theft.
• Fees: Call-out and support fees apply after installation unless covered by a maintenance agreement.
